Our drivers and cars

All our drivers are volunteers, giving their time freely.  

We will do our utmost to find a driver for your journey, but do bear in mind that occasionally we simply may not have enough drivers available.

In severe weather we may have to provide a restricted service or cancel some journeys.

Each driver has an Identity Card, ask to see it if you are unsure.

Drivers use their own cars, so it is important for us to know whether you have difficulty in getting into or out of certain types of car.  For example, if you have difficulty getting into a 'high stance' car we shall then know not to send you a driver with a Land Rover; alternatively, if you have difficulty in getting out of a low car, we can avoid sending you a driver in a Ferrari.
